Job Description
As a Licensed Transaction Coordinator in our Real Estate office, you will be managing contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You will have two VAs that will assist you and as a team, you will be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Your Brokers will get the contract started and signed around, at which point you and your team do the rest.

Compensation:$24 - $28 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:
- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Obtain the seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
- Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
- Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
Additional tasks will include:
- Ability to do CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
- Marketing skills complete with copywriting and the ability to create graphics
- Input information to the MLS
- Must be licensed currently
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in the Real Estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational verbal and written skills
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
