Responsibilities:- Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
- Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
- Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
- Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Be positive, upbeat, and excited about life
- Be committed to learning in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate highly effectively and efficiently with clients, lenders, title agents, and other agents
- Keep license up-to-date plus training and education requirements
- Hold the agents of the team accountable for things missing from files that are out of your control
- Provide consistent, quality-controlled systems to ensure smooth closings
- Provide preliminary audits for each file
- Create timelines, calendar reminders/notes, and scheduled phone calls to all parties
- Work within a time-blocked schedule
- Be on time and dressed for success
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
