Job Title: Training Specialist II
Location: Remote
Travel Required
Contract: 1 year - based on performance and business needs
8-5, Monday through Friday, Overtime hours 2-3 days a week, 12 hour days at times. Will get paid overtime.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with emphasis in event, communication or human services/social services.
Okay with working some overtime hours as well as occasional weekends - Okay with travelling as needed to Pleasanton, CA, Austin, TX and other states - Experience with planning events
Summary:
Responsible for comprehensive coordination and administrative support, the Training Coordinator will play an integral role in the development of the Training Center’s growth strategy. In this position, the Training Coordinator will work to promote an environment of continuous learning by supporting training initiatives through the coordination, implementation and management of a variety of training and development programs, materials and services.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the central point-of contact for programs held at the Training Center, including day to day activities for Cool Sculpting University, New Hire training, and other corporate events.
• Support the coordination and logistical support for training programs, including implementation of training schedules within SalesForce.com, Moxie, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Function as the initial point of contact for attendees at training programs and visitors to the Training Center.
• Track and maintain Cool Sculpting program communication through Salesforce.com and Moxie.
• Assist in planning sessions and processes, including meeting preparation, material gathering and consolidation, and coordination among customer, prospective clients and vendors and the sales team.
• Work closely with external vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Managing and consolidating appropriate budget
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials used for training events within the center.
• Provide overall administrative support and coordination to ensure seamless operation of the training department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with emphasis in event, communication or human services/social services.
• Demonstrate experience in customer service administration or project management.
• Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Flexibility in work hours and overtime, including weekends, will be required.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a very fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
• Hands-on experience with sales force personnel is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statues as applied to Cool Sculpting products, with the ability to function in an environment controlled by outside regulatory entities.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to travel up to 70% + domestically and internationally (including overnight) is required.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the individual resides, good driving record.
• Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations and all other international regulatory requirements with which Complies.
Analytical and Reading Skills:
Ability to read, understand and abide by company procedures. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish fasts, draw valid conclusions and report on findings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and talk and hear; up to 8 hours per day. The employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Duties also involve daily keyboard data entry. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Work Environment:
Most work is performed in an office-like setting. The noise level in the environment is usually low to moderate.
Employee is may be required to drive to different vendor locations and is exposed to outside weather conditions; close, distance, and peripheral vision are required along with the ability to adjust focus and depth perception.
