Position Summary:
As client continues to build its position as the leader in rare and serious liver disease, we are seeking a GxP Training Specialist. The GxP Training Specialist is responsible for:
Deploying and managing training utilizing the established Learning Management System (LMS)
Participating in GxP training improvement projects.
Core Accountabilities:
The successful candidate must be able to perform each of the following satisfactorily, with or without an accommodation:
Administers content in the Learning Management System.
Maintains the Global Training Matrix.
Ensures all new hires have been assigned training as per the Global Training Matrix.
Receives, classifies, files, and maintains Quality System training records.
Has an active role in the document workflows in the eDMS to ensure new or revised documents are sent for training in the LMS.
Participates in regulatory inspection activities.
Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
Understands the legal and compliance training environment.
Drive the spirit of "ONE Team” across all functions by supporting a team approach to focus on our patients and customers as our top priorities
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years related work experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
Work experience in an Electronic Document Management System (eDMS) is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail.
