Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, write and deliver training programs to employees of the Credit Union according to the needs and priorities established in line with Credit Union goals and training plans.
- Provide training on a group and individual basis, both for developmental and remedial purposes both on-line or in classroom situations;
- Monitor annual training budget; track training expenses throughout the year to ensure that the training expenses stay within the budget.
- Work closely with department managers and supervisors to identify particular training needs and develop and write detailed training manuals or produce other types of training aides designed to meet those specific needs;
- Schedule and coordinate internal training programs, register employees, and prepare classroom sessions;
- Track employee attendance to ensure employee attendance and completion of the program;
- Produce supporting training materials, including written or on-line training manuals and visual aides;
- Develop and continually maintain a library of training materials including visual, audio, computer based training modules, and other appropriate media;
- Design and conduct post-training evaluations to solicit employee feedback and to assure that course objectives have been met;
- Ensure that training facility is adequately equipped. Maintain and coordinate the use of in-house A/V equipment;
- Maintain confidentiality of all information;
- Adhere and promote Credit Union’s culture, mission and vision.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, delivery and follow-up;
- Communicates in a kind, polite, respectful and professional manner with all employees, residents, students, families, and visitors.
- Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Training and Development, Psychology, Communications, Business or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to teach students in a classroom setting on both individual and group basis.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style;
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services and basic operations required.
- Fluency in both English and Polish and ability to teach in Polish;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to function within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use training equipment.
- Expert knowledge in MS Office including PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel by car and air.
