We are seeking a Training Provider with previous experience facilitating Healthcare Customer Service training. This individual will be responsible for conducting a company-wide training needs analysis, provide an assessment and recommendations, and facilitate a company-wide training program for customer-facing employees.
This is a four- to eight-week contract opportunity for our client who is based in Greenwich, CT and has additional offices in NY, CT and MA. All travel expenses will be reimbursed at cost.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of expertise designing and implementing Healthcare Customer Service training, is well versed in medical terminology and HIPAA compliance, and is able to travel to the different locations to deliver the training.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
