Training Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for training-related project / program management (i.e. scheduling, cost management, risk management, team administration, etc.). The Training Project Coordinator supports the Education and Training Supervisor in the execution of training and associated projects as defined by the ETS/project manager. This role entails more technical responsibility and support than one would expect of an administrator as they will be working with our Learning Management Systems to promote learning within the site
Major Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Education and Training Supervisor (ETS) in the execution of New Employee Orientation and onboarding process
- Support development and implementation of education and training systems, tools and practices, such as:
- E-Learning Management Systems (Alchemy, Poka)
- Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), One Point Lessons (OPLs), skill matrices and other training tools
- Training scheduling, planning, and calendars
- Track training and development as necessary using a master training matrix
- Ensure proper training documentation is maintained and organized
- Track KPIs to validate improvements, identify opportunities, and adjust action plans as needed
- Model company values
- Complete other duties as assigned
Total Rewards
- Starting pay will be between $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Flexible based on candidate experience.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 2 years of related experience required
- Considerable knowledge within the general aspects of the job preferred
- Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience preferred
- Knowledge of TPM or Lean Manufacturing or having developed training programs for front-line production teams highly preferred
- Strong computer skills required and Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication required with ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail required
- Knowledge of LMS (Alchemy/Workday) preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and areas of focus
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude that works well with a diverse workforce
- Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to support all operational shifts. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with occasional night shift hours (for example: 6pm-10pm twice per month)
- Ability to uphold safety standards and follow our manufacturing best practices
- Ability to follow KDP policies and procedures as well as our operating principles
- Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions
- When in office setting, ability to work in predominately sedentary position with high frequency of computer work required (75%-100% of workday)
