Name: Training Project Coordinator
Contract: 5 months
Location: Portland, OR or Westminster, CO
Duties: Are you experienced in instructional systems production and administration? Do you enjoy coordinating Training Projects and schedules while ensuring the necessary resources are in place? Do you have an eye for detail, excellent administrative skills, and a strong customer service orientation?
What You Will Do: As a Training Project Manager for Trimble’s Digital Transformation (DX), you’ll provide tactical support to the DX Training Manager, Salesforce trainers, and subject-matter-experts. You’ll manage and communicate timelines; load and manage assets in Trimble’s learning management system; invite and manage learners; schedule content reviews; and track and report on learner progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Partner closely with key stakeholders to manage training timelines, assets, and resources.
-Keep track of class schedules and manage the planning and logistics associated with virtual instructor-led training, including content reviews and instructor preparedness
-Provide basic administration for the learning systems and tools, including adding and removing users, loading and publishing content, inviting learners, troubleshooting, and running reports
-Manage and maintain DX reference material on Trimble’s intranet
-Support the DX Training Manager in creating training materials such as videos, job-aids, and instructor-led training
-Collaborate to create plans for communication and change management
Skills & Experience You Should Bring
-Administrative Experience o Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and multitasking
-Experience providing administrative support, preferably in the areas of training and event management
-Track record demonstrating attention to detail Tools and Technology -Demonstrated ability to provide basic user administration -Proficient in using technology to manage tasks and stay organized

-An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, plus a minimum of three years in a role requiring the ability to support multiple projects; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
