MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Education.
• 8+ years of verifiable experience as a Training Professional in a nuclear environment.
• Proven skill and understanding of the ADDIE process.
• Proven work experience and knowledge of DOE Order 426.2.
MININUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven work experience in Training and Education focusing on instructional analysis, design, development, delivery and testing, as well
as evaluation of training programs.
• Proven advanced skillset level skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proven demonstrated knowledge and work experience developing e-learning products using state-of- the-art software.
• Proven working knowledge in the specialized area of Waste Certification and Hazardous Materials Management.
• Proven working knowledge and experience developing and conducting simulator training.
JOB DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Must have proven experience and ability to do with no training):
• Provide training support for Liquid Waste in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of assigned instructional programs in accordance with approved Training Program Descriptions and Training Plans.
• Analyze, assess, extract and convert training content from technical/administrative documents and/or Subject Matters Experts into relevant instructional material meeting organizational standards.
• Present lesson materials at the instructional level and/or method established by Operations and Training Management.
ADDITIONAL MADNATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• Obtain Drill Controller qualification within two (2) months of employment and maintaining qualification throughout contract period.
• Obtain OJT/JPM Instructor/Evaluator qualification within three (3) months of employment and maintaining qualification throughout contract period.
• Obtain Instructor qualifications in a designated Liquid Waste operating facility within six (6) months.
• Must be flexible to organization’s scheduling, (i.e. 4/10’s (10 hours per day; 4 days per week). All dependent and can vary on the need of the organization.
The Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any vacation awards, holiday and statutory sick pay when and where required. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following one full month worked on an approved SCA applicable federally funded assignment as a full-time (30 hours or more per week) non-exempt ActOne Government Solutions Federal Service Contract Associate. Prior to the first day health benefits begin, all employer contributions will be deposited into a 401(k) on the scheduled contribution date.
