We are opening a New Call Center in Clearwater, FL in April 2024 and looking for a qualified trainer to help prepare our newest employees at our new location!
Life Protect 24/7 is an inbound sales Call Center searching for an exceptionally talented and motivated leader who develops and trains new employees to be leaders in sales. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Full Time Inbound Call Center Trainer position.
How do you do that?
As a trainer you will lead a weekly class of 8-15 new employees to ensure they are ready to receive calls from diverse customers that have expressed interest in our product and service – a medical and security alert system that goes wherever you do. A service that helps rescue over 5,000 individuals every month.
The successful candidate will relay company standards, metrics, policys, goals, quality standards, and processes, and procedures to our team through servant leadership.

What you offer:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience training new employees in a Call Center environment
- Experience in monitoring call quality, call queue, and coaching sales
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- A customer focused approach with adaptability to new situations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
- Ability to motivate and engage a sales employees
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on experence
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am to 7pm
