Our therapists maintain a great diversity within their caseload. Our multidisciplinary team is there to support each other.

How we do it.*

We help promote job satisfaction in the Home Health setting through tailored scheduling and managing territories to ensure appropriate caseloads and a limited drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are all therapists. Pay range based on visit type.

Constant coordination and communication with your support staff in a time-efficient way allowing you to focus on the patient care you love to provide.

License & Experience:

Requirements for this position include the following:*

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state Physical Therapist license
• New Graduates welcome to apply

Min: USD $60.00/Hr. Max: USD $120.00/Hr.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $120.00 per hour
