Training, Leadership, & Education Analyst

Position Overview:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Training, Leadership, & Education Analyst to work full-time / onsite at the Pentagon in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Requirements Office (JRO) for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, & Nuclear Defense (CBRND). The person in this role will support the Warfighter and relevant stakeholders to identify, socialize, and document non-materiel solutions for validated capability gaps through the development of multi-Service and joint CBRND doctrine, training, leader development, and exercises.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, supporting, facilitating and executing CBRND Training, Leadership Development, and Education initiatives, including the Joint Senior Leaders' Course (JSLC) and related events
• Ensure traceability of Training and Education activities to requirements documents
• Identify and coordinate CBRN training opportunities for Joint Force and relevant stakeholders
• Plan, draft, coordinate, staff, and adjudicate Joint Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTmLPF) Change Recommendations (DCRs) as required, providing recommendation on tasks, actions, and closures
• Develop and/or implement the Government's CBRND/CWMD training integration strategy to identify and mitigate capability gaps for the Joint Force
• Conduct training reviews of joint/service professional military education (PME) institutions' existing training courses or exercises and make recommendations to revise or update the curriculum
• Support technical reviews of CBRN Defense/CWMD related policy directives, instructions, and manuals

Required Qualifications:

• Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
• 7+ years of relevant technical area experience (comparable to a retired O4 / CWO4 / E9 or above or a former GS-13 or above)
• 2+ years of experience on the Joint or Service Staff, Office for the Secretary of Defense (OSD), or Combatant Command
• Knowledgeable regarding the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS), the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2)

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):

• BA/MS/MA degree in an relevant discipline
