Training Facilitator

Who are we hiring?
The Training Facilitator is responsible for the interactive and engaging delivery of learning & development programs that build employee skillsets and provide career development opportunities. Programs will include new hire orientation, compliance training, and skill-based programming. Class size will range from 20 - 80 participants, primarily in person but also via zoom.
What will you do?

• Deliver high-quality, high-energy trainings and programs to MSG employees, primarily in Venue & Threat Management divisions. Programming can include New Hire Orientation, Customer Service training, Interview Skills Training and others as needed.
• Presents training programs in a clear, concise and inviting manner to ensure all attendees feel welcomed to participate and stay engaged throughout the session.
• Makes logistical arrangements for training sessions, including preparing course materials, audio-visual equipment and room set up.

• Tracks attendance in training sessions.
• Continually monitors and assesses participant progress throughout the learning process and makes adjustments as needed to ensure knowledge transfer and applied understanding.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by leadership

What do you need to succeed?

• Three years' experience in training delivery, public speaking, or presentation delivery in a corporate setting or educational institution.
• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or equivalent work experience required, or relevant degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and engage groups of varying role functions and tenure.
• Passion for building inclusive solutions that provide accessibility and development opportunities for underrepresented talent

• Experience with building relationships and partnering across highly matrixed organizations
• Innovation, communication, facilitation, design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advance level experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, virtual instructional design tools; synchronous/asynchronous learning strategies
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and engage groups.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in the Spanish language, with the ability to read and write for purposes of facilitating trainings, interacting with employees and creating/editing training materials in the Spanish language.
