As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, ensuring that each event is flawlessly executed and exceeds our clients' expectations. - Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
- Assist clients in selecting vendors, and other wedding-related services
- Create detailed wedding timelines and manage all logistical aspects of the event
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Oversee the setup and breakdown
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day
- Stay up-to-date with current wedding trends and industry best practices

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent event marketing and planning abilities
- Proficient in market research and vendor contract negotiation
- Budgeting skills to ensure events are planned within financial constraints
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members
- Previous experience in hotel or event planning is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
