How you will make an impact
Perform remote onboarding and training of onsite new hires.
Organize and conduct specific training to meet company and key stakeholder objectives.
Track all onsite employee training to ensure compliance to all company standards.
Create and manage training schedules and participate in mapping annual training plans.
Develop, implement, and maintain evaluation of training programs.
Measure effectiveness and desired outcomes of training in meeting program and company goals, reporting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Develop new training materials and job aids, while also enhancing existing ones.
Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
Market training opportunities to teams to encourage employee participation.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to improve the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal training and certification programs.
Research the best remote learning methods and recommend new effective training techniques.
Be the subject matter expert (SME) of training program expectations and the Learning Management System (LMS).
Foster a continuous learning approach to enhance organizational capability.
Assist with other operational ad hoc projects as necessary.

What you bring to the table
Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a minimum of two years’ experience in training, supporting course development, or e-learning.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and train hourly employees.
Technological inclination and proficiency with applications similar to Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, and Slack.
Experience with remote/virtual training.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines required.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills across multiple platforms with various stakeholders.
Keen to work independently, while also being able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Preferred & Highly Desired
Experience with the LMS system and e-learning.
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
Project management experience.
