This position involves developing, executing, and evaluating training programs that cover regulatory standards, quality of care, and skills enhancement for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and update engaging training content for staff, clients, and their families, focusing on compliance and skill development.
- Conduct dynamic training sessions and onsite audits, ensuring the application of best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, manage training documentation, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize training needs and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Handle logistics for training material and session scheduling, with a commitment to professionalism and quality.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in a related field preferred
