The primary duties of a Clinical Coordinator will include, but not be limited to:
- Educate and guide patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and injections.
- Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols.
- Telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results.
- Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.
- Responsible for the ongoing communication between the Physician and patient.
- Daily communication with providers on patient-related issues and findings.
- Scribing for physicians
- Coordinate upcoming procedures.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Recent clinical scribe experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Excellent time management
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and medical database software.

- Salary: $47,000 - $60,000 (dependent on experience)
