Training Content Creation Intern

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic Training team for the summer. You will be working under our Educational Resources Lead, creating Training Content daily (including, but not limited to videos, guides, written documentation, and certifications), and working with a very diverse team who handles content with their peers and with our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about producing engaging and compelling content across various platforms to elevate brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Developing content, like training videos and written content
• Content strategy
• Understanding brand consistency 
• Understanding of content tools and software
• Ability to work well with a team in a virtual environment
• Adapting to frequently changing processes
• Ability to train peers on the content you have made

• Understanding of Google Suite products
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and styles
• Proficient in multimedia Content Creation tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their unique content requirements
• Positive attitude and personality 
• Ability to work with a diverse team
• Challenging yourself and stepping outside of your comfort zone
• Open to receiving and applying feedback 
• Open to change and challenging norms 
• Has a fresh and creative mindset on what is in and out when it comes to Content Creation

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Design
• Project management skills
• Portfolio of Content Creation projects 
• Skill set for using video editing software 
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices

Our Summer Internship Program at Cars Commerce is designed to help undergraduate students learn professional skills through a combination of mentorship, on the job training, in-person skills training/development days, and team projects.

• Program Duration: June 10th - August 16th
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Location: Hybrid (Work remote and work from the office 1-2 days out of the week)
