Requirements:
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related.
- 1-2 years of experience working in Logistics is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- A self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
- Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of tanks and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
