Responsibilities:
- As a mot crew supervisor you will be responsible for a crew setting out lane closures and flagging operations per Florida department of transportation, rules and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lane closures when needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working
- Assist with other crews when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Traffic control
- Strong knowledge of index 600
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Advanced a Mot certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
