Form of workHCX, the SaaS platform for investing in people, is are looking for a (Senior) Financial Securities Analyst to provide guidance on this new asset class for investors. You will help create the AI and algorithms that define the future value of each of our financial assets. Reporting to the Chief Market Officer, you will research, evaluate, and determine the value of this alternative asset class and uncover insights in markets, data and trading volumes.
You are an independent, curious and experienced securities analyst familiar with stocks, bonds, and/or alternative assets. You have experience providing investors with asset class, sector and market forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly in the realm of alternative assets, and will be adept at both internal and external communications regarding security evaluations. You have a background in quantitative analytics and statistics, data analysis and distillation for institutional and/or retail investors.
You are detail-oriented and have excellent written communication skills. You'll be packaging insights into internal opinions and objective external publications for investors.

You Have
• Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect large volumes of data to discern patterns, make sense of financial figures, and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling: Skilled in constructing and interpreting financial models to forecast potential returns and risks.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of alternative assets, capital markets, and the overall financial landscape.
• Research Proficiency: Experience using various research tools, platforms, and methodologies to gather relevant information.
Location
Remote, you can work from anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, or a related field. Master's degree, MBA and CFA designations are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in securities analysis for an investment bank or financial services organization.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, mathematical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Other Skills
• Experience designing reports, dashboards and analytics for end users.
• Advanced proficiency with MS-Excel
• Experience with R, Python, SQL (or similar) programming languages preferred.
• Experience using MATLAB and/or Stata and Tableau (or similar) for modeling and data visualization.
