The Trade Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing Managers for all budget and programming needs. This position assists the Trade Marketing team to build and execute all retail programs that will support the FIFCO USA Brand objectives while keeping retailer objectives in mind.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trade marketing budget management, tracking and reporting across all FIFCO USA Brands
- Weekly tracking
- Monthly accruals and reconciliations
- Finance reporting, variance explanations due monthly
- Purchase order creation for all sweepstakes/rebates with Fulfillment agency
- POS vendor management (including POS out of stocks, safety stock, turn rates, remove & cancelling orders)
- Planning timeline management (Program and POS planning timelines)
- CORE POS creation, ordering and inventory management across all FIFCO USA Brand Families
- Assist in post promotional analysis of key Trade Programs
- Gather intel on Trade Marketing programs across sales organization
- Perform market visits to help sales team execute a program or evaluate performance
- Other duties as assigned:
- Template creation for all Trade Marketing Managers to ensure consistency across team
- Retail specific platform tracking
- Status trackers: Legal, Graphic Design and Brand
- Assist in shipping sales materials out to the team as needed
- Assist in Trade Marketing program activations both on and off premise (i.e. Trade show set up, samplings)
- Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Min 3+ years of experience, Bev Alc industry experience a plus
- Budget management and project management experience required
- Helpful skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word & Power Point
- Circana/IRI preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Detail oriented
- Strong communicator

- Collaborative team player
- Travel Requirements: Travel as needed to support Trade Marketing program activations, sales team or Trade Shows. Up to 20%.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $59,000 -$88,000, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package!
