About the role:
Start your logistics career with OpenRoad Global as a Track and Tracer! In this position, you will learn the ropes of the logistics industry while providing top-level operational support to our internal teams, customers, and carrier partners. You will be responsible for communicating with truck drivers via phone/email to ensure each OpenRoad shipment is on-time and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and enter load information into TMS with accuracy and speed
- Schedule appointments via phone, email, or other communications
- Ensure that shipments are picked up and delivered on time while meeting customer requirements
- Provide timely and accurate shipment information to internal and external stakeholders
- Audit load information for accuracy and completion, making updates as needed
- Track and trace shipments
- Understand and uphold company values and mission, maintain a servant-leader mentality, and always do the next right thing to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and protect company interests
- Treat customers, carriers, and fellow team members with respect
Qualifications:
