As the Total Rewards Employee Experience Manager, you’ll be focused on amplifying our Total Rewards programs, including Wellness, Benefits Plans, Recognition and Compensation processes by developing written communications, website content, policies, presentations, and other media regarding our programs.

 

The role is part of a hybrid work environment – proximity to Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL is desired.

 

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Bring the Employee Experience to life: Overseeing communications for Total Rewards programs and processes, including annual benefits enrollment, the annual bonus cycle, recognition campaigns, and tools and resources to support employee attraction and engagement.
  • Managing the lifecycle of Total Rewards programsYou’ll be responsible for developing and managing new and existing programs, including executing our future state Total Rewards roadmap.  This will involve managing third party vendor relationships and bringing our programs to life within the organization.  Some examples include our Relocation Policy/Program and Wellness Initiatives.
  • Running our Recognition Programs: You’ll play a key role in the development and execution of our recognition framework and programs, including annual awards programs, ongoing recognition tools, service awards and other employee engagement events.
  • Total Rewards Compliance: You’ll manage our Total Rewards policies, including their development, monitoring and communication.  This entails partnering with the broader Total Rewards team and other stakeholders, such as Legal, to develop and deploy our policies internally.  You will also ensure all compliance notices, plan descriptions and other disclosures related to Benefits are communicated, as required, in partnership with our third parties. 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelors or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 7 years of equivalent experience required
  • Exceptional writing, public speaking and presentation building skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Benefits plans, including compliance needs
  • Experience managing Benefits, Wellness, Recognition and/or Compensation programs.  Development and implementation of new programs is a plus
  • Analytics experience and acute attention to detail.  Advanced Excel skills
  • Intellectual curiosity to think creatively, learn quickly, solve problems and build solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Business and financial acumen
