Overview: As a Total Rewards Analyst with a strong focus on data, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, trend analysis, and the ability to derive actionable insights to enhance our Total Rewards strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key Total Rewards metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct market research to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's compensation packages.
- Analyze internal and external salary data to recommend adjustments to salary structures.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
Benefits Optimization:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits programs through data analysis.
- Recommend enhancements or modifications to benefits offerings based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze employee utilization and satisfaction with benefits packages.
Data Integrity and Compliance:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation and benefits data.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather and analyze relevant data for comprehensive decision-making.
Performance Metrics Development:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs.
- Establish benchmarks and track progress over time.
Automation and Technology Integration:
- Explore opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst with a focus on data analytics.
- Excel, SuccessFactors, ADP, Fidelity for equity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and statistical methods.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant technologies.
