- Investigating and assessing Total Losses of insured properties
- Gathering and analyzing relevant information and documentation
- Reviewing insurance policies to determine coverage
- Calculating fair settlement values for Total Loss claims
- Negotiating with claimants and policyholders
- Compiling detailed reports of findings and evaluations
- Ensuring accurate and timely settlement of claims
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claim evaluation processes- Effective communication and negotiation abilities to interact with claimants and stakeholders
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills to assess Total Losses accurately
- Attention to detail to review documentation and policy terms thoroughly
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Relevant work experience in insurance claims adjusting or a related field
- Multi-line Texas Adjuster's license
