Roles and Responsibilities:
" Perform all work on Torque Tools, including PM's and calibrations.
" Installs, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and maintains all Torque Tool equipment.
" Assists engineering, automation team, & manufacturing controls system, or other departments in the development of new ideas and experimental work to improve products, tools and methods.
" Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
" Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
" Follows all Operating Procedures (OP's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) required by ISO regulations where applicable.
" Update all Torque Tool documentation and databases.
" Utilize INFOR in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or agreed upon alternative.
" Ensure onsite parts inventory for maximum tool uptime.
" Utilize client equipment, and calibration bench.
Qualification:
" Associates degree or trade school certificate in a related discipline required.
