Job Summary:
A1 Garage Door Service is a leading national garage door service and installation company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Supervisor for our Torch Team. This role will oversee the Virtual Product Specialists through their daily tasks and workflow, ensuring quick responses and solutions to their team, holding them accountable to their goals, and working with management to achieve companywide goals. Supervisors will have up to 10 direct reports.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls weekly for quality assurance for all direct reports and ensure KPI’s are being met.
- Provide feedback and coaching for Torch Members not meeting KPI’s.
- Provide AMs with consistent feedback on their technician’s turnover performance.
- Monitor sales margins.
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Torch team members.
- Motivating team members and training agents for optimal performance
- Work closely with training to ensure they are training in the latest, best practices.
- Monitor call volume by day of the week and time of the day to ensure proper coverage 7 days a week.
- Schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Create SOP’s if needed.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and COO to ensure smooth transition when implementing new processes.
- Lead torch mojo call 2 days per week going over numbers and providing coaching, feedback, support, and inspiration to technicians.
- Lead weekly torch meeting along with other torch supervisor(s) with a particular focus on sales, motivation, team building, support, and KPI metrics.
- Work with Sales Director to study weekly KPI report.
- Schedule “ride a longs” with potential new team members that may be interested in joining the team.
- Continue to refine the new hire torch training program and work with other torch supervisor(s) to train effectively.
Required Skill/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Computer systems and software, Service Titan is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook.

Education and Experience:
- Experience in the garage door industry or related home improvement field is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales performance tracking software.
- Ability to travel as necessary to oversee and support sales teams in different locations.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
