A manufacturing company in Johnson Creek, WI is looking for a Tool Room Technician to join their 1st shift team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the Tool Room Technician

• 5+ years of CNC Lathe and Mill Programming and Setup operation experience
• Writing/editing programs and set up in multiple types of CNC Lathes and Mills
• Ability to use CAD/CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

Responsibilities of the Tool Room Technician

• Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Mills, manual equipment, fixture assembly, hydraulic plumbing, and testing
• Dimensional and visual inspections of products using various measuring equipment and tools including calipers, micrometers, or any other measuring tools
• Program edits based on print modifications
• Modifying cutting tools or tool holders
• Performing fixture modifications

1st shift, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $32.00 - $38.00 an hour, depending on experience
