General Summary
Maintain efficient and safe operations of all equipment, machinery and building facilities to support the DRIV manufacturing plant, or ensures manufactured parts are within compliance standards. This Team Member is a subject matter expert that completes duties of an advanced technical and/or mechanical nature that require specific training, licenses or certifications. Notify the Operations Supervisor of any occurrences that negatively impact production. Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

Addendum: Specifics for Area Worked
Tool & Die Maker
- Learn, build, and repair close tolerance tool and die components.
- Learn and perform all types of grinding including surface, cylindrical, form and polishing.
- Learn and complete lathe work including turning, boring, tapering, parting, threading and knurling.
- Learn and perform mill work including milling strips and slots, boring and hole drilling and tapping.
- Perform basic welding.
- Capable of doing various hand work including using a hand drill, tapping holes, operating saws.
- Learning sharpening and repairing dies.
