A long-established manufacturing company in Lake Forest, IL is looking for a Tool and Die Maker to join their team. This is a 1st shift DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the Tool and Die Maker

· 5+ years of Tool and Die experience

· Experience working in Manufacturing

· Knowledge and operation of all tool room equipment safely and efficiently

Responsibilities of the Tool and Die Maker

· Build and troubleshoot new tooling per design requirements

· Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tooling for continued operations of production orders

· Perform changeovers on multiple-part tooling

· Support multiple company departments with any tooling needs

· Report press/die problems to supervisor, reporting actual or potential product quality issues to QA or Supervisor

Schedule is 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM *DIRECT HIRE*

Pay is $35.00 - $41.00 an hour, depending on experience
