Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret sketches, blueprints, and models to meticulously plan and execute the fabrication of dies, tools, and assemblies with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Conduct precise measurements using various instruments to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Utilize both hand and machine tools for the assembly, modification, and repair of Tool and Die components.
- Engage in the design of templates and jigs to aid in the fabrication process.
- Inspect finished projects for any imperfections, ensuring all tools and Dies function flawlessly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, performing necessary repairs to molds, tools, and Dies.
- Mastery in machining with equipment such as Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, CNC Lathe, and 5-Axis hard milling machines.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in mold making/building, with a strong preference for candidates with plastic injection molding experience.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Tool and Die, with hands-on expertise in building new injection molds.
- Technical acumen in working with Wire, Sinker, Grinding, CNC Lathe, and 5-Axis hard milling equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or trade school diploma is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and stand for the duration of the shift.
- A detail-oriented individual with exceptional mechanical and mathematical skills, and a strong commitment to quality and team collaboration.
