Rogers-Pierce Children’s Center is a non-profit childcare center located in Arlington Center. We are a play-based facility with a focus on developing self-confidence, exploration, and developmentally appropriate learning.
Pay is $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on education and experience. Health and Dental at 100% for full time employees, vacation, sick and personal days.
Our model is to have THREE teachers per classroom to both improve the quality of care for the children, as well as give teachers the necessary support they need during their day.
Requirements:
-EEC Toddler Certified.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
