- Observe and assess children's developmental progress
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and participate in activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Stay updated on early childhood education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Toddler Teacher in an early childhood education setting.
- ECE credentials obtained, or willing to continue education
- Strong passion for early learning and child development.
- Exceptional nurturing, caring, and personable qualities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare providers.
