As a to-Go Specialist at IHOP, your day kicks off with a warm welcome to our guests. You're the first friendly face they encounter, ensuring they feel valued. Your focus is on providing exceptional customer service, efficiently handling to-go orders, and ensuring a seamless payment process. Whether you're expertly packing up to-go orders or assisting guests with their pick-up process, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A PART-TIME TO GO SPECIALIST:
- Open availability - the ability to be flexible as needed
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- At least 16 years or older
