Position Summary
The University of St. Francis invites applications for the position of Title V Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day administration of the Title V DHSI project by coordinating and tracking meetings, maintaining communications, overseeing timelines, designing assessment tools, collecting data, managing budgets, and writing reports.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day implementation of project to ensure accomplishment of objectives
- Assist the Project Director in ensuring that project activities are being implemented in
- accordance with the approved application
- Track activity budget to ensure the appropriate use of funds
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and promote Title V activities
- Assist in developing newly-designed services and activities
- Maintain records and collect data on project activities for use in program reports
- Assist in the collection of required evaluation data
- Prepare reports relating to the project for both USF and the U.S. Department of Education
- Create a welcoming community and engage in university mission
- Participate in and promotes a culture of continuing quality improvement
- Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree required
- Two years of professional experience in an office setting
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
- Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's preferred
- Experience with grants in higher education
Hours/Shift/Work Schedule
Traditional office hours, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with evening and weekend work as required from October 2023 to September 2028. Position duties and responsibilities require adherence to a flexible schedule to accommodate students' schedules. This position is full-time, grant funded.
Physical Requirements of Position
Work is performed in an office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.
