Form of workOVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
This is a clerical entry level position responsible for maintaining, filing and recording the Credit Union loan and member records. The position supports Credit Union departments by retrieving loan and member records, and securing collateral for loans.

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Processes all title work, ensuring all liens are recorded accurately and timely
- Processes credit life, disability, debt cancellation, GAP and other insurance claims for consumer loans
- Prepares lien releases and maintains loan payoff records
- Maintains loan files, ensuring that documents are archived and filed correctly
- Performs and prepares research on member accounts
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Knowledge of general numerical filing systems
- Initiative to handle large volume of records accurately and independently
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Requires excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and traverse a ladder
