Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced In-Home Sales Specialist to drive the sales of our Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) within the Fairfield County, CT, area. This role involves direct, in-home interactions with potential clients, guiding them through the process of designing and purchasing their ideal ADU. With appointments booked on your behalf and a high OTE, this position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with a background in real estate or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our ADUs.
- Leverage pre-qualified leads and appointments set by our team, while also proactively mining your own network for additional opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing referrals.
- Collaborate with our design team to tailor ADU solutions to meet client needs.
- Travel within your assigned territory to conduct site visits and sales meetings (approximately 75% travel).
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, with the potential to earn between $125,000 and $200,000 annually.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of in-person sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively during in-home visits.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for territory travel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
