Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Employee Relations Specialist who is responsible for improving and maintaining Employee Relations in the workplace. This role evaluates employee needs, builds trust, and fosters a positive work environment. The Employee Relations Specialist will also work to resolve conflicts, provide guidance to managers, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Employee Relations Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain programs to promote positive Employee Relations in the workplace
• Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts in an effective and timely manner
• Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures
• Develop and conduct Employee Relations training
• Advise management on a variety of Employee Relations issues
• Investigate and respond to employee complaints
• Research and recommend best practices to enhance employee engagement
• Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance
• Analyze Employee Relations data and trends

Employee Relations Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Proven experience in Employee Relations or similar roles
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
