SalaryReal Estate & Financial Transaction Firm Seeking a Contract and Transactional Attorney
We are a local Real Estate and Financial Transaction Firm seeking an attorney, Semi-Retired or 1-3 years of experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills who will have direct client contact and responsibility .
Administrative assistant will be provided to answer calls , organize and set appointments as needed.
You will be responsible for overseeing all contracts and Real Estate and transactional policies, procedures and closings.
Work Details :
Hours 10am - 6pm : Mon - Fri
- Contacts with Hard Money Vendors and Clients
- Contract review for Commercial Real Estate
- Transaction handling
- Contract review and drafting
- Legal research and writing
- Default procedural cases
- No Litigation
- No Court Appearance
- No Opposing Counsel Interaction
Compensation :
$500 - $750 per case - Minimum 3-5 New Cases each week and future increases .
Free Fully Furnished Executive office space with admin assistant .
