The Timekeeping Specialist’s primary responsibility is weekly payroll for the Janitorial Inc. division which is accomplished through the management of manual and automated timekeeping processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for weekly payroll processing for Janitorial Inc.
- Responsible for personnel scheduling.
- Execute various administrative tasks.
- Provide support for Janitorial Inc.’s Field Supervisors.

- Must hold a valid California Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required.
- One year of administrative/payroll experience or industry knowledge preferred.
