SUMMARY
Position will assist the Property Supervisor with planning and performing agriculture, hunting, and wildlife operations while also sustaining general property maintenance and sporting clay course. Position assists the Property Supervisor with all property activities including sporting clays, guided hunts and habitat cultivation. Provides onsite direction and leadership in absence of Property Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with planning and performing agriculture and wildlife habitat cultivation through operating farm equipment with all related implements including bush hog, plows, discs, spreaders, and mowing to maintain successful food plots for wildlife habitat. Also, provide predator management and control for wildlife and crops including trapping and temporary fencing.
• Perform general property and structure maintenance on items such as fencing, gates, trees, trails, landscaping, ponds, roads, tree stands, duck impoundments, the lodge, and the operations center to sustain a high standard for all upkeep and aesthetics of the property,
• Guide hunts (deer, turkey, quail, duck, dove) as needed with internal customers and outside guests
• Perform general maintenance at the lodge and all structures as needed
• Operate skid steer with drum mulcher to clear and maintain wildlife habitat
• Perform firearm safety briefings for sporting clay guests. Maintain and operate trap equipment on sporting clay course for efficient operation
• Work safely at all times and complete all work in accordance with all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist Property Supervisor with special projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma required
• 2 years experience as an equipment operator with property maintenance and have experience with facility, equipment, wildlife, and habitat maintenance.
• Proficient in operating tractors with all implements, skid steer with drum mulcher
• Must be a self-motivated individual and have great customer service skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and represent Comporium in a very professional manner.
• Must be able to work independently of others with minimal oversight as needed. Be able to quickly adapt to unforeseen changes in weather, schedules, and priorities for all property-related activities. Have great attention to detail and possess a high degree of integrity and communication skills while learning all cycles and schedules from the Property Supervisor.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's licenses and DOT card required, LSS Green Belt Certification and Pesticide Applicator's Licenses within 12 months.
