Tik Tok Specialist

Job Overview:
Hydro H2O is looking for a motivated Tik Tok Specialist who is extremely creative and imaginative in operating our Tik Tok accounts. Someone who has experience in operating social media accounts and cooperating with KOLs and can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's Tik Tok account, responsible for content creation, operation, and promotion;

- Manage and cooperate with influencers and KOLs to increase brand awareness and sales;
- Analyze TikTok data, continuously optimize content effects, increase account activity, and thereby increase content conversion rate;
- Monitor data, conduct data analysis and summary of content creative performance, continuously optimize promotion effects, and provide data support for new marketing plans;
- Analyze various background data indicators, adjust the direction of operation, promotion, and live broadcast in real time, and optimize the effects of operation, promotion, and live broadcast;
- Collect industry dynamic information on the market, capture hot spots, and create popular video content. Be familiar with the production and editing of original content for short videos with goods;
- Familiar with Tiktok, Facebook, Google and other paid ads platforms;

Requirements:
- Experience with Tiktok operation will be a plus
- 2+ years of Experience operating social media accounts
- 2+ years of Experience with KOLs and influencers outreach
- Must include the social media accounts you are running or had run

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
