Desert Thrift Shop is seeking Thrift Store Assistant Managers who have the drive and the experience to help lead a successful non-profit Thrift Store.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Manage with honesty, integrity and knowledge to promote the mission and values of Desert Thrift Shop.
Successfully manages day to day store operations
Drives store sales and controls expenses
Delivers exceptional customer service
Responsible for store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and bank deposits
Supervises staff
Maintains a full, organized and clean store
Completes and submits all required paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to work flexible schedules including split shifts
Need to be able to lift 30 lbs, bend, squat, stand for long periods of time
Qualifications:
Store Management experience, required
Thrift Store experience desired
Proficiency in Microsoft office, online research and social media

Salary: $15.00 to 18.50/hr
