Position:Thrift Shop Senior Associate
Reports to: Thrift Shop Manager
Major Functions: Provide quality control of donations and merchandising of high-quality products that portray the shop in a manner consistent with local shops and boutiques.
Part-Time Schedule as determined by Thrift Manager

Job Duties:
- Provide input and assistance with receiving, sorting, pricing, and hanging of donations.
- Maintain merchandising and product organization of shop floor.
- Rotation of merchandise.
- Dress display mannequins.
- Create and maintain a cleaning checklist and schedule for the store. Post schedule each week.
- Complete cleaning checklist duties as assigned.
- Handle situations in a professional and responsible manner.
- Be able to work independently or as a team member.
- Follow all store opening and closing procedures.
- Provide back up to cashiers as needed.
- Oversee volunteers in the clothing area.
- Follow CASA’s policies and procedures.
- Contact the Thrift Shop Manager or Assistant Manager if unable to work the scheduled shift.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Agree to participate in all background checks
- Knowledge of designer clothing
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Available on weekends.
- All employees of CASA are considered “essential” and as such may be required to be available to remain onsite and/or required to assist during emergencies and other critical times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
