Job Title: Blending OperatorJob Description:

We are seeking a diligent Blending Operator to join our Quality Department within the Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the production of high-quality juice products by adhering to food safety, security, quality, and manufacturing best practices. This position involves operating blending equipment, ensuring product specifications are met, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

Your role will also include the transportation of ingredients, management of product systems, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. You will be responsible for accurate documentation, sample testing, and implementing adjustments based on quality lab feedback. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and representing our commitment to excellence.

Hard Skills:

• Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment; beverage production experience preferred.
• Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc., is an asset.
• Proficiency with blending equipment and understanding of production schedules and laboratory testing.
• Mathematical skills for handling measurements and formulas.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under high stress and pressure environments.
• Physical capability to routinely lift 60 lbs.
