The Ardent Counseling Center is offering a flexible career opportunity for a Contractual Psychotherapist.
We don’t have a non-compete agreement, so candidates are able to begin a small private practice in addition to their current career, with the ability to build up to a full-time caseload.

Preference will be given to psychotherapists with advanced training and experience with:
- Couples/Marriage and Family Counseling
- Counseling/Therapy with Young Children
- Two or more years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience
- Post-graduate continuing/advanced training
All candidates MUST be licensed by the State of Iowa LMHC, LISW, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist
Candidates must have advanced training and experience providing psychotherapy/counseling with a variety of patient populations and presenting problems. Organizational and clinical documentation skills are a must.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
*Salary figures are estimates based on full-time contractual work and determined by the number of patients seen and available incentives.
