Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. 

Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life! We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients.

We Offer:

• Compensation: $50-$60/per hour commensurate to years of experience.
• Part Time / Full Time (optional).

Impact

• Our clinicians provide an exceptional client experience by providing evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults.
• Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Our clinicians promote, support and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.

We Seek:

• Fully Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) or PsyD.
• Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois.

Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:

• Individual & Family-focused therapy
• CBT | DBT | ACT
• EMDR 
• Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
• CADC
• Marriage and Family Therapy
• IOP/PHP programs 
• Group Therapy
