We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide care and treatment to patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions. Night Shift
6:30 PM -7:00 AM LTAC EXPERIENCE PREFFERED
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests to assess lung capacity and function
- Administer respiratory treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate respiratory support
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (preferred)
- Valid state license or certification as a Respiratory Therapist
- Proficiency in medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is highly desirable
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Range $55-$60 An Hour
Job Types: Full-time, Per diem, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
