About the Team
The Payment team of U.S. Data Security department of TikTok provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on - to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience on TikTok platform.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the clearing and settlement of contracted Channels, encompassing transaction and fee reconciliations, as well as handling of relevant discrepancies;
- Responsible for the clearing and settlement processes of onboard Merchants, including merchant settlements, customer account and statement management;
- Work with internal teams such as Product, Tech and corporate finance/accounting teams to build up system capabilities and develop new process documents;
- Collaborate with external business partners to resolve reconciliation discrepancies and facilitate settlement fundings;
- Provide support for a variety of Treasury-related tasks and ad-hoc Treasury projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting;
- 3y ears of experience in treasury/fund operations within multinational corporations or financial institutions, preferably with exposure to e-commerce payments and accounting automation development;
- Familiar with the procedures of fund clearing/settlement and reconciliations from both corporate and banking standpoints, with a preference for candidates possessing expertise in payments cycle
- Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse set of internal teams as well as external business partners;
- Aptitude to organize and track multiple projects and workflows simultaneously;
- High energy, results-oriented, dependable individual who will enjoy the challenge of a rapidly evolving global organization.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $71777 - $115555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
